Wool Club Tammy/ Wendy 3rd Tuesdays 1030am $5/session
Do you enjoy the look of wool? So you like hand stitching and or machine applique? Have you ever tried
applique? WOOL applique? It is a dream! No need to turn edges, needles easily, no hoop required.
Compared to cotton needle turn applique, it is soooo forgiving. It can be done in less than perfect conditions
without perfect light, without perfect stillness (as in, you CAN do it in a moving car, as long as you are not
driving). In this class we’ll take a look at a couple of ways to attach your wool applique to the background and
we’ll explore a few of the more common stitches and some of their relatives. Sew Much More is carrying more
wool and hand embroidery threads so we want to share a small project with you each month and have a place
for you to show and share.
